PAC authorization provided by WellSky®
Zing has contracted with WellSky to deliver a fully-integrated, post-acute care (PAC) episode management program. Post-acute authorization requests will originate from the acute care setting and is inclusive of the following levels of care: skilled nursing facilities (SNF), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF), long-term acute care hospitals (LTAC), and skilled home health (HH) services.
WellSky CarePort users have the ability to process authorizations directly within their native CarePort discharge planning solution.
