Integrated post-acute care management services provided by tango and WellSky®
tango and WellSky have partnered to provide an innovative post-acute care management program that uses the leading technology and services capabilities of WellSky and the skilled home health enablement expertise of tango. This program streamlines post-acute care coordination and delivers a cohesive provider and member experience across the post-acute continuum.
Wellcare has appointed tango as the delegated manager for Wellcare’s skilled home health benefits and WellSky as the delegate for delivering facility-based (skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and long-term acute care hospitals) post-acute care management.
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025: WellSky and tango will manage post-acute facility authorizations and home health network management, claims payment, and utilization management for Wellcare members in Oregon and Texas.
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2025: WellSky and tango will manage post-acute facility authorizations and home health network management, claims payment, and utilization management for Wellcare members in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
