Skilled home health authorization provided by tango
Wellcare has contracted with tango and WellSky to deliver a fully-integrated, post-acute care management program. Post-acute authorization requests will originate from the acute care setting and is inclusive of the following levels of care: skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and skilled home health services.
WellSky CarePort users have the ability to process authorizations directly within their native CarePort discharge planning solution.
