For all requests related to new or concurring skilled home health treatment authorizations for services as of July 1:
WellSky PAC Advance provider portal
Use the provider portal to access WellSky’s utilization management system to:
- Start an authorization
- Review status of an existing authorization
- Upload clinical documentation to an existing authorization
