tango offers a platform that equips and empowers home health providers with the necessary tools, resources, and support to boost their capabilities, efficiency, and overall effectiveness in providing healthcare services. tango’s arrangement with Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Michigan and Blue Care Network encompasses several key components that aim to enhance the quality and delivery of home health care for Medicare Advantage members:
| Service | Procedure Codes |
| Skilled nursing services on an intermittent/part-time basis | G0300; G0162; G0299; G0493; G0494; G0495; G0496 |
| Skilled home health aide services on an intermittent/part-time basis | G0156 |
| Physical therapy | G0151; G0157; G0159; G2168 |
| Occupational therapy | G0152; G0158; G0160; G2169 |
| Speech-language pathology | G0153; G0161 |
| Medical social work | G0155 |
Please note that tango does not authorize behavioral health, respiratory therapy, or home infusion therapy nursing services. To locate in-network providers who provide these services, see the Blue Cross and BCN online provider directory on bcbsm.com.
Once tango begins managing the home health network in March 2026, any skilled home health agency not already contracted with tango for the services mentioned above will be considered out-of-network for Blue Cross and BCN’s Medicare Advantage members.
Members who are already engaged in a skilled home health episode as of the effective date may continue receiving those services through the end of the authorization period. At that point, a request must be made to tango for continued services. Out-of-network agencies will be offered the opportunity to join the network or will be required to transition the member to an in-network provider at the end of the authorization period.
