tango partners with home health providers to streamline authorization management, reduce administrative burden, and help ensure patients receive timely care at home. As a home health enablement partner, tango provides the tools and operational support providers need to manage referrals, submit authorizations, and coordinate care more efficiently. Through our partnership with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, tango manages authorization processes for skilled home health services, helping ensure members are connected to appropriate care quickly and providers can focus on delivering high-quality services.

To support this transition, tango is hosting onboarding sessions to review workflows, introduce our platform, and provide access to the provider portal.

Providers will continue using Availity for day-to-day operations. tango will implement a single sign-on (SSO) enabled process to allow providers to seamlessly access tango’s platform from within Availity, creating a more streamlined provider experience.
